Ster is responsible for the broadcast of radio and television ads on National Dutch Channels. They have a portal where their customers manage tv, radio and online campaigns. This portal needed an upgrade.
We started by creating a multidisciplinary team. Then we mapped out the challenge and ideal journey. We also established a long term goal and a challenge.
We've looked at the current portal. We did this in a workshop. What is good and what can be improved? Taking into account both qualitative and quantitative data. As a result, I created a clickable demo. We tested this demo with advertisers.
We incorporated the learnings and the full UX was built by me. To support rapid development and design, I took the current brand guides and transformed those into a range of components. All together, those building blocks formed a Design System, specifically for this portal.
